Terms & Conditions – l89w

1. Introduction

Welcome to l89w ("l89w", "we", "us", or "our"), Bangladesh's trusted online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://l89w.vip. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and l89w governing your access to and use of our website, games, betting markets, promotional programs, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the l89w Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. l89w strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request age-verification documents at any time.
• You must be a natural person of legal capacity. Corporations, partnerships, and other entities may not register as individual users.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. Any attempt to use false identity constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, nor be subject to any national or regional prohibition that restricts your access to online gambling services.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each user may hold only one account on the l89w Platform. Multiple accounts per user — whether created under the same or different names, email addresses, devices, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. The following conditions apply to your account:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Never share your username or password with any third party.
• All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you. l89w bears no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access attributable to your negligence.
• You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• l89w reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these Terms, and to forfeit any funds held in such accounts where fraud or abuse is established.

All account information is stored with industry-standard SSL encryption. l89w is committed to fair and transparent data handling practices, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

l89w supports a range of trusted local payment methods to ensure fast, convenient transactions for players in Bangladesh. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and other approved payment partners. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are displayed at the time of transaction.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account name used for the original deposit.
• l89w reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if further verification is required, or if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Currency conversion fees (if applicable) are the user's responsibility. l89w is not liable for exchange rate differences, bank charges, or intermediary fees imposed by third-party payment processors.

l89w does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on its end; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges. Please check directly with your provider before transacting.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

l89w offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to eligible registered users. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as the specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Welcome bonuses and free spins are available to new users on their first qualifying deposit. Promotional terms, including minimum deposit amount and wagering requirements, are specified on each offer page.
• All bonus funds must meet the specified rollover or wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus play become eligible for withdrawal. Standard wagering requirements apply unless stated otherwise.
• l89w reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses obtained through abuse, multiple accounts, or fraudulent activity will be forfeited.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are managed separately in your account wallet. Real-money balances are always used first unless the active bonus terms specify otherwise.

6. Betting and Game Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any game on the l89w Platform, you accept the applicable game-specific rules as displayed within each game or betting market. The following general rules also apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed. l89w will not reverse a confirmed bet under any circumstances except in the case of a verifiable technical error on our end.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a live game session, l89w's server logs will be used to determine the outcome. Our records are considered final and authoritative.
• Cricket betting markets, including BPL and T20 World Cup fixtures, are settled in accordance with official match results published by the relevant governing body. In-play bets may be voided if a match is abandoned or postponed.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the l89w Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:

• Match-fixing, collusion, or any form of cheating — including the use of automated bots, artificial intelligence tools, or software scripts to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other users.
• Money laundering or any transaction designed to disguise the origin of funds. l89w complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses, exploiting promotional offers, or circumventing account restrictions or bans previously imposed by l89w.
• Any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward l89w staff or other users, whether communicated through support channels, live chat, or any other medium provided by the Platform.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

l89w is committed to protecting the personal data of all registered users. The collection, storage, and processing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy. We use SSL encryption and secure server infrastructure to protect your data at rest and in transit. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, l89w, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure.

Gambling involves financial risk. l89w does not guarantee winnings. All users accept that gambling outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems and, for live sports, by real-world events beyond our control. You participate entirely at your own risk.

10. Amendments to These Terms

l89w reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of material changes via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law, to the extent applicable to l89w's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be addressed through our internal dispute resolution process. Users should contact [email protected] to initiate a formal complaint. l89w will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal complaint. If a resolution cannot be reached through internal channels, the parties agree to pursue resolution through mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
